Webinar Training Chiesi<\/strong> 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023 [CHIESI]<\/strong><\/strong> reached out to the Emtex Academy because they wanted to train their skills in the field of Medical Writing. Together with Chiesi, we determined the content, duration, delivery format, and other requirements of the different training modules. Based on this input, our experts developed the desired tailor-made courses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 70 participants from Chiesi followed 3 modules of the Emtex Academy in an online webinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Module 1:<\/strong> Key documents in the drug lifecycle<\/strong>. This training gives a general overview of clinical documents and when to write or update them.
Module 2: Good reviewing practices<\/strong>. In this training, participants learn how to give good review comments, what their focus of review should be, and what the responsibilities of reviewers are.
Module 3: Implementing comments – best practices.<\/strong> In this training, participants learn how to implement review comments, select comments for review meeting, follow up on outstanding issues, and other more general project management tips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completion of the 3 modules, we interviewed our contact person at Chiesi about their experience with the Emtex Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did the training provide the requested level of detail?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

[CHIESI]: <\/strong>“The EMTEX trainings were offered to a very heterogeneous audience therefore it is difficult to meet everybody’s expectations, but I believe that the level of details was well balanced and very relevant to our job.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was the training relevant for your work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

[CHIESI]<\/strong>: “The EMTEX training was very relevant for my work since there is always a need to clarify why we need to write a document, what are the messages we want to deliver and how we are going to work together to prepare a high-quality document for regulatory submissions.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did the content of the training match expectations?  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

[CHIESI]<\/strong>: “Yes, the content especially of Module 1 exceeded my expectations.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Would you recommend the training to others?  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

[CHIESI]<\/strong>: “Yes, I’d recommend it to both regulatory affairs and clinical colleagues who are in the early stage of their professional development. However, I found it useful also for colleagues who have already been exposed to the task, but never understood their responsibilities and contribution.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Would you follow Emtex Academy trainings in the future?  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

[CHIESI]<\/strong>: “Yes, it is of paramount importance to be always up-to-date and follow the high-speed evolution of technology.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
